Baker

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare high-quality baked goods consistently. The ideal candidate will be experienced in baking techniques, maintain kitchen hygiene, manage daily production, and ensure all products meet our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, buns, pastries, and other bakery products as per recipes and standards
• Measure, mix, proof, shape, and bake dough products
• Ensure product quality, taste, texture, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Manage daily production schedules and inventory of ingredients
• Assist in developing new recipes and improving existing products
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product consistency
• Package and label products correctly
• Work with the team to meet daily sales and production targets

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Baker or relevant role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Good time-management skills
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with breads, buns, and confectionery
• Ability to develop new recipes
• Team player with good communication skills
• Basic understanding of inventory management
