Job Description – Service & Partner ManagementKey Responsibilities:

  • Onboard, train, certify, and manage partners/technicians.
  • Track performance, KPIs, audits, inventory, and device quality.
  • Provide field training, technical support, and issue resolution within TAT.
  • Handle customer complaints, walk-ins, device repairs/swaps, CRM updates, and service operations.
  • Support service points and travel to touchpoints as required.

Skills: Customer focus, communication, problem-solving, handset repair, CRM, spares management, and field team management.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – ECE, Telecom, IT, or CS preferred.

Experience: 0 – 2 years.
