Clinical Nurse Specialist

About the Role

Cosma Fertility is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse / Patient Coordinator to support fertility-related clinical research activities and coordinate with patients, CRCs, doctors, hospitals, and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

·        Coordinate patient screening, appointments, infertility investigations, follow-ups, and study visits.

·        Assist with routine clinical assessments and testing within the approved protocol and nursing scope.

·        Coordinate with laboratories for sample collection, testing, and timely retrieval of reports.

·        Collect, organize, verify, and maintain patient laboratory and diagnostic reports.

·        Review reports for completeness and flag abnormal or concerning findings to the treating doctor/PI.

·        Maintain patient records, screening logs, visit trackers, follow-up records, and clinical documentation.

·        Coordinate with CRCs and doctors regarding patient status, pending investigations, and follow-ups.

·        Communicate with patients regarding testing schedules, appointments, reports, and study requirements.

·        Prepare basic patient/study status reports and maintain accurate data.

·        Ensure compliance with study protocols, SOPs, GCP, confidentiality, and documentation requirements.

·        Support patient recruitment, consent-related documentation, monitoring visits, and audit readiness as required.

Qualifications

·        B.Sc. Nursing / GNM or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.

·        Valid nursing registration, as applicable.

·        Experience in clinical research, IVF/fertility, hospital, OPD, diagnostics, or patient coordination preferred.

·        Basic understanding of clinical research, GCP, documentation, and patient management.

·        Good communication, coordination, reporting, and organizational skills.

·        Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and digital documentation.

·        Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.

Preferred Experience

0 –3 years of relevant experience. Experience in fertility/IVF or clinical research coordination will be an advantage.
