📝 JOB SUMMARY

• Lead and supervise the sales team while ensuring daily operations, performance and target achievement.

• Manage floor-level supervision, attendance, CRM activities, KPIs and daily KRAs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage and supervise the entire sales floor.

• Monitor floor attendance and ensure proper team discipline.

• Track and manage daily KRAs and KPIs.

• Follow and monitor the IVR pattern and ensure proper calling process adherence.

• Monitor team performance and support achievement of sales targets.

• Maintain and monitor CRM activities and ensure proper data updates.

• Handle multiple tasks and coordinate day-to-day sales operations.

• Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to management.

• Provide regular guidance and support to team members.
