About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team at Diziworld Network. In this role, your primary responsibility will be cold calling potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and generating leads to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively initiate contact with prospective business clients via phone calls.

Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify prospective leads, evaluate their requirements, and qualify potential opportunities.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and follow-up discussions for senior sales team members.

Database Management: Maintain and update daily call records, client logs, and lead statuses.

Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets and monthly lead generation quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of prior experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Outbound Customer Support.

Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English along with strong verbal communication skills in Hindi.

Age: 18 to 60 years.

Candidate must be located within a 10 km radius of Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad.
