• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new customer leads.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication.
• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM daily.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends.
• EligibilityGraduate or Undergraduate.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Insurance, Banking, Automobile, Telecom, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
