Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies for our skincare, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, and/or pharmaceutical products.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, social media, Google & Meta advertising, SEO, content marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce, D2C marketing, and analytics. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating qualified traffic and leads, improving online sales, and maximizing digital marketing ROI.

Key Skills Required:-

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Knowledge of D2C and e-commerce marketing.
• Experience in influencer and creator marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and marketing dashboards.
• Understanding of conversion optimization and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project and agency management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Educational Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred:-

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Experience3–6 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or E-commerce Marketing.
• Experience in Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, Wellness, OTC, or Pharmaceuticals will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong D2C and performance marketing experience will have an added advantage.
