Job Description

We are hiring for a Tele Counsellor profile for the Gurgaon location. The role involves connecting with prospective students over calls, sharing required information, guiding them properly, and maintaining professional communication throughout the process.


This is not a hard sales profile and there is no sales target involved


• Make outbound calls using the database provided by the company. • Share required information with prospective students in a clear and professional manner. • Answer basic queries and guide students properly during the interaction. • Take regular follow-ups with interested prospects. • Maintain polite communication, good listening skills, and a positive candidate/student experience. • Update candidate/student interaction details as per the process requirement
