Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls from the office to residential, commercial and industrial customers for solar rooftop solutions.
Explain solar benefits, subsidy options, electricity-bill savings and SunGrid services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits / meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website and marketing campaigns.
Maintain daily calling records, lead status and follow-up details in CRM / Excel.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for quotations, site surveys and customer requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation and appointment targets.
