The Warehouse In-Charge will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations for both e-commerce and retail channels. The role involves inventory management, order processing, dispatches, stock accuracy, inward and outward logistics, and ensuring timely fulfillment while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management

* Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse, retail stores, and marketplaces.

* Ensure 100% stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

* Monitor stock movement and reconcile discrepancies.

* Manage size-wise and SKU-wise inventory efficiently.

• E-commerce Operations

* Process orders from Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, AJIO, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.

* Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch as per SLA.

* Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries.

* Handle returns, exchanges, reverse logistics, and inventory reconciliation.

• Retail Operations

* Plan and execute stock transfers to retail stores.

* Coordinate replenishment based on sales and inventory levels.

* Process store returns and maintain accurate stock records.

* Support new store launches with inventory planning.

• Warehouse Operations

* Supervise inward receipt of finished goods from factories.

* Conduct quality checks and verify quantities against invoices.

* Organize warehouse for efficient storage and retrieval.

* Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) wherever applicable.

* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and warehouse discipline.

• Team Management

* Supervise warehouse staff, packers, and helpers.

* Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.

* Train team members on SOPs and quality standards.

• Documentation & Reporting

* Prepare daily dispatch and inward reports.

* Maintain stock movement reports.

* Generate inventory ageing reports.

* Coordinate with accounts for stock reconciliation.

* Maintain GRNs, delivery challans, and related documentation.

• Coordination

* Work closely with Production, Merchandising, Customer Support, Finance, and Retail teams.

* Coordinate with transporters and courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Desired Skills

* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.

* Experience in apparel inventory management.

* Familiarity with Shopify, Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar OMS/WMS platforms.

* Good understanding of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting).

* Knowledge of barcode systems and inventory software.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work under pressure during sale periods.

Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 3–6 years of warehouse experience, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.

* Experience handling both e-commerce and retail inventory is preferred.
