Digital Producer (Off Roll):

Boston Scientific is seeking a creative Digital Producer to join our marketing communications team. The role involves working as part of a team to develop online experiences for healthcare professionals, such as website content and maybe SFMC emails as part of digital campaigns; The ideal candidate will have experience in both areas' adobe experience manager and SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and a proven track record of managing the entire digital production processes from getting the briefing, consulting Stakeholders on UX and SEO and QA the deliverables.

Key Responsibilities: 

Main focus AEM Producer:

• Web page and site production in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Understanding of SEO principles for webpage creation and optimization
• Good web UX understanding to advise stakeholders
• Applying brand standards in AEM experiences
• Experience with MSM Sites and XF (Experience Fragments)
• Basic Adobe Photoshop skills for image editing if required

Skills expected for both AEM and SFMC Producers:

• Strong project management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to support Central European working hours
• Based in/around Gurgaon

Daily routine:

• Review stakeholder briefs
• Produce/update webpages
• Share drafts for review
• Launch digital assets and perform quality checks
• Attend stakeholder meetings on campaigns

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to graphic design, digital production, marketing communications, or web design
• 4-6 years of experience in a design and/or digital production role
• Good knowledge AEM Cloud Platform and Web UX
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS (preferred)
• Proficiency in SEO, Google AdWords (preferred)
• Results orientation with a premium on accurate, timely execution
• Self-directed with strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent consulting and Communication Skills oral and written
