What we're looking for
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Planning and leading business process improvement activities, developing accompanying policies and guidelines.
• Planning and managing business situation analysis.
• Planning and leading on scoping, requirements definition and priority setting for the more complex delivery programmes.
• Planning data modelling and design activities, providing advice and guidance to team members using the data structures.
• Assisting in preparing and executing acceptance testing, developing the acceptance criteria and specifying the test cases and scenarios.
• Facilitating business decision-making processes with key stakeholders.
