Blue Collar Recruiter Cum Supervisor

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource blue-collar candidates through job portals, references, field hiring, walk-ins, and local networks.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews as per client requirements.
• Coordinate document collection, background verification, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely deployment and onboarding of candidates at client locations.
• Maintain daily attendance, manpower deployment, and joining reports.
• Supervise deployed employees and resolve basic operational or employee-related issues.
• Coordinate with clients and operations teams regarding manpower requirements and replacements.
• Track absenteeism, attrition, performance, and manpower gaps.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor employees and maintain workforce discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company/client policies and HR processes.
• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and manpower status reports.
• Achieve assigned hiring and deployment targets within the given timeline.
• Preferred Skills min 1 year of experience in blue-collar recruitment, manpower staffing, or field supervision.
• Good knowledge of local candidate sourcing and field recruitment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple locations and manpower requirements.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Willingness to travel for field recruitment and employee supervision.

Key Performance Indicators: Hiring target achievement, joining ratio, deployment accuracy, attrition, attendance, and gap closure.
