Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

Monitor distributor stock, billing, outstanding payments and market movement.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per company policy.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market trends.

Promote company products and implement sales schemes in the market.

Minimize expiry, damage, leakage and product returns.

Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Submit daily sales, market visit and collection reports.

Update attendance, orders and market activities in the company sales application.

Coordinate with ASM, distributors, PSRs and delivery teams for smooth market operations.

Identify new business opportunities and develop untapped markets.

Follow company sales policies, reporting procedures and market discipline.

Achieve assigned KPIs related to sales, distribution, outlet coverage and collections.
