Job Description

Manage and supervise the collection team.

Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and collection targets.

Monitor field and tele-calling collection activities.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs regarding collection performance.

Track team performance and prepare daily MIS reports.

Train and guide collection executives on processes and customer handling.

Ensure proper follow-up on overdue accounts.

Maintain compliance with company and client policies.
