Accounts & Billing Executive

Company: LN Global Textiles and Garments Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Executive with strong knowledge of accounting documentation, GST compliance, invoicing, Excel, and modern AI productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and maintain sales invoices, purchase invoices, proforma invoices, debit notes and credit notes

* Perform accurate data entry and transaction recording

* Maintain customer and vendor ledgers

* Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts documentation

* Maintain records of payments, outstanding receivables and payables

* Assist with GST filing, GST reconciliation and GST-related documentation

* Verify invoice details including GSTIN, HSN/SAC, taxable value, GST rates and invoice totals

* Perform bank/payment and ledger reconciliations

* Prepare MIS and other reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel

* Organise and maintain digital records of invoices, purchase orders, payment details and supporting documents

* Coordinate with vendors, customers, management and the company’s CA/accounting team when required

Required Skills

GST & Accounting

* Strong practical knowledge of GST and GST return filing

* Understanding of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Input Tax Credit (ITC) and GST reconciliation

* Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles

* Experience with accounting/bookkeeping software is preferred

Microsoft Excel

* Advanced Excel proficiency

* VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

* Pivot Tables

* SUMIF/SUMIFS

* IF formulas

* Filters, sorting and data validation

* Ledger reconciliation and report preparation

* Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of transaction data

Computer & Productivity Tools

* Microsoft Word

* Excel

* PDF/document management

* Email and professional digital communication

* Familiarity with accounting/bookkeeping systems

AI Tools

Candidates should be comfortable using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for:

* Data organisation

* Document preparation

* Excel assistance

* Drafting professional communication

* Invoice/ledger analysis

* Improving day-to-day productivity

Candidate Profile

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Strong numerical and analytical ability

* Organised approach to documentation

* Ability to independently manage routine billing and bookkeeping activities

* Comfortable learning and adopting new software and AI tools

* Responsible with confidential financial and business information

Preferred Experience

2+ years of relevant experience in accounts, GST, billing, bookkeeping, invoicing or a similar role.

Experience in textiles, garments, trading, distribution or procurement businesses will be an added advantage.

Qualification

diploma/B.Com Finance or equivalent accounting/finance qualification preferred.

Candidates with strong practical accounting and GST experience may also be considered based on demonstrated skills.
