Weekly Off: Every Sunday

Additional Weekly Off: 2 Saturdays off per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day backend operations.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot Tables, data management, and reporting, along with strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain company data accurately.

• Perform regular data entry, data validation, and data updating.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.

• Create and maintain Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.

• Filter, sort, clean, and organize large datasets.

• Track and monitor operational data and performance reports.

• Identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate data and ensure timely corrections.

• Maintain proper documentation and records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required information.

• Generate MIS reports and provide data-based updates to management.

• Ensure all assigned backend activities are completed within the given timelines.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company and customer data.

• Support the team with additional data-related and administrative tasks whenever required.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong understanding of Pivot Tables.

• Knowledge of data management and data organization.

• Data cleaning and validation.

• Basic knowledge of Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, SUMIF / COUNTIF, IF, CONCATENATE, and TEXT functions.

• Good understanding of Sorting and Filtering.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data.

• Good reporting and documentation skills.

Communication Skills

• Good English communication skills.

• Good Hindi communication skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Candidates with a background in B.Com, BBA, BCA, Business Administration, Data Management, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in backend operations, data management, MIS, data entry, or similar roles.

• Freshers with strong Excel and data management skills can also apply.
