Junior QC Engineer

Production Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing

unit, ensuring that production processes are running smoothly and e􀆯iciently.

 Measurement & Calibration: Use Vernier Calipers, Micrometres, and other

measurement tools to inspect product dimensions, ensuring products meet

quality standards and specifications.

 Quality Control: Conduct in-process quality checks, review product samples,

and verify that finished goods meet quality standards.

 Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to production

workflows to reduce ine􀆯iciencies and enhance product quality.

 Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to

equipment or processes and recommend solutions.

 Maintenance: Support the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure

high productivity and reduce downtime.

 Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily production reports, quality control

documentation, and machine maintenance logs.

 Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and production sta􀆯 to

maintain high safety standards, address production challenges, and meet

deadlines.

 Safety Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with company safety

protocols and standards.
