Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator – Veda CeramicsThe Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to support and coordinate various marketing activities for Veda Ceramics. The role will involve assisting the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the marketing team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the marketing team on day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Assist in promoting Veda Ceramics’ products and services, including tiles, sanitary ware, waterproofing, pest control, and UPVC windows.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, designers, and other marketing partners whenever required.
• Help prepare marketing materials, promotional content, brochures, social media posts, and other communication materials.
• Support lead-generation activities and help the marketing team track and follow up on marketing leads.
• Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, campaigns, and performance.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand market requirements and support business-generation activities.
• Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, exhibitions, events, and promotional programs.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends and share relevant updates with the marketing team.
• Ensure that marketing activities are completed on time and provide regular updates to the management.
