Sales & Marketing Executive

Job RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, understand homeowners' construction requirements, explain CivilRaw's services, follow up with potential customers, schedule meetings and help convert leads into clients.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, Google and social media campaigns.
• Contact potential customers and understand their home construction requirements.
• Collect basic information such as location, plot size, built-up area, construction stage, budget and timeline.
• Explain CivilRaw's construction services and packages to customers.
• Regularly follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule client meetings, consultations and site visits.
• Coordinate with CivilRaw engineers for technical discussions with clients.
• Share quotations, brochures and service information with customers.
• Maintain lead details and follow-up status in the CRM.
• Build good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Work towards monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
• Follow up with previous enquiries and generate referrals.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: Fresher to 2 Years.
• Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma / relevant qualification.
• Freshers with an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Telugu communication is required; English and Hindi are an advantage.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and in person.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and computers.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Willingness to learn about residential construction and CivilRaw services.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willing to attend client meetings and site visits when required.

Preferred CandidatesCandidates with exposure to construction, real estate, interiors, building materials, home loans, telecalling, field sales or customer relationship management will have an advantage.
