Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Provide L2 production support for business critical applications
Handle incident and problem management using ITIL aligned processes
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes
Support production releases and routine operational activities
Collaborate with L3 teams infrastructure and business stakeholders
Prior exposure to financial services Global Markets environments preferred

Unix strong command line experience
Shell Perl scripting
