How to Become a Retail PartnerCandidates who do not have prior insurance experience or insurance team-handling experience cannot directly join as Retail partner, Senior Retail Partner or Chief Retail Partner.

The selection and onboarding process will be:

1. Interview & Selection

2. IRDA Examination Training – Training will be provided by the company's trainer.

3. IRDA Examination & Licensing – Applicable examination/licensing fee of ₹614 is payable after interview selection.

4. Business Assignment – Complete the required business assignment.

5. Recruitment & Activation Assignment – Complete the required recruitment and activation targets/process.

Key Responsibilities As a Retail Partner, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment and development of insurance advisors/agents and sales professionals.
• Building, managing and developing your own team.
• Activating and retaining team members.
• Supporting team members in achieving business targets.
• Driving business through your recruited and active team.
• Identifying potential candidates and expanding the team.
• Developing high-performing team members for higher leadership roles.
• Providing regular guidance, motivation and performance support to the team.
• Working towards team growth, productivity and business development.
