Job Title: Sales Executive / Telecalling Executive – E-Commerce Services

About ROMOROMO E-Commerce Services helps online sellers grow their business across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other e-commerce platforms.

We provide services including marketplace account management, product listing & cataloguing, advertising support, account performance improvement, seller growth strategy and complete marketplace assistance.

Job RoleWe are looking for confident and energetic Sales/Telecalling Executives who can connect with online sellers and introduce them to ROMO's e-commerce services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential e-commerce sellers.
  • Connect with sellers operating on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
  • Understand the seller's current business and challenges.
  • Explain ROMO's services and how we can help improve their marketplace business.
  • Generate interested leads and schedule discussions/meetings.
  • Follow up regularly with interested sellers.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
  • Work towards monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Build professional relationships with prospective clients.
  • Who Can Apply?Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
  • Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, E-commerce, Seller Support or Business Development will be preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
  • Confident and convincing communication.
  • Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and willing to learn.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following will be an advantage:
