Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media Handler to build and strengthen our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, shorts, and videos.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Video Editing teams to produce high-quality creatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Build relationships with influencers and creators for brand collaborations.
• Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness through organic strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads knowledge is an advantage).
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Creative, and E-commerce teams for product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and current digital trends.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Social Media Management.
• Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong creative skills are also encouraged to apply.
