Job Description

We are looking for a creative and social-media-savvy fresher who can create engaging content, shoot and edit Reels, write captions, manage social media pages and understand what helps content achieve better reach, engagement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and shoot Instagram Reels, videos, photos and Stories.
  • Develop creative and relatable content ideas based on current trends.
  • Write engaging captions, hooks and CTAs.
  • Manage and regularly update company Instagram, Facebook and other social media pages.
  • Identify trending Reels formats, sounds, topics and content styles.
  • Understand Instagram reach, engagement, retention and audience behaviour.
  • Monitor insights and analyse views, reach, shares, saves and engagement.
  • Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
  • Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, VN, InShot or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with the HR/Marketing team for campaigns and company activities.
  • Continuously experiment with new content formats to improve organic growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate / pursuing graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media or any relevant field.
  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram and Reels.
  • Good understanding of social media trends and content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.
  • Good English/Hindi communication and caption-writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with good storytelling ability.
  • Comfortable appearing in videos or coordinating video shoots.
  • Basic understanding of Instagram Insights and social media analytics.
  • Good-to-Have Skills: Canva/CapCut / VN / InShot
  • Basic photography & videography
  • Copywriting
  • Trending audio & hashtag research
  • Instagram SEO / keyword optimisation
  • Content planning
  • Basic graphic design
  • AI tools for content creation

Creative Mindset + Camera Confidence + Trend Awareness + Editing Skills + Social Media Knowledge + Growth Mindset

Freshers with a strong personal Instagram page, content portfolio, Reels page or sample videos will be preferred.
