Hiring – Team Manager | Digital India Yug
Digital India Yug is looking for an experienced and energetic Team Manager to manage and develop our business development team.
Responsibilities:
✅ Manage team of executives/interns
✅ Allocate daily targets and work
✅ Monitor registrations, leads & follow-ups
✅ Train and motivate team members
✅ Track daily/weekly/monthly performance
✅ Prepare MIS reports
✅ Drive target achievement
✅ Handle customer & team issues
✅ Coordinate with HR and management
Qualification: Graduation preferred
Experience: 1 years preferred
Skills: Leadership, Communication, Sales, Team Handling, Excel/MIS & Target Management
Location: Indore
Salary: salary + Performance Incentives
