Role & Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their academic and corporate documentation needs.
• Explain our consulting services, research methodologies, and project layouts clearly to prospective leads.
• Manage client databases, follow up on leads, and track daily operational productivity.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requirements (like presentations, risk frameworks, etc.) are delivered accurately.
