Job Description – Debt Collection Telecaller (Female)Job Title: Debt Collection Telecaller – Female

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
  • Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment.
  • Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
  • Handle customers professionally and communicate payment-related information clearly.
  • Achieve daily/monthly collection and calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with telecalling and customer follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of Hindi/English; other languages will be an advantage.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
