Job Overview
- Scale an EdTech workforce by recruiting high-calibre educators and target-driven sales teams.
- Align human resources strategies with fast-paced startup business goals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across diverse remote and in-office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit teachers and sales representatives.
- Verify educator credentials, backgrounds, and teaching demos.
- Manage sales commission structures and performance bonuses.
- Design specialized onboarding programs for both roles.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and educational data privacy.
- Track HR metrics like turnover and time-to-hire.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Industry Experience: 4–6 years in HR, with 2+ years specifically in EdTech or tech startups.
- Hiring Track Record: Proven success hiring Account Executives, BDAs, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a rapid, fluctuating, and metric-driven work environment.
