Job Description
- Key Responsibilities – MIS ExecutiveCollect, consolidate, and maintain data from various departments and sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports.
- Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations or trends.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate required information.
- Maintain databases and ensure proper data management and confidentiality.
- Automate recurring reports and improve MIS reporting processes wherever possible.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues promptly.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of MIS reports and data sources.
- Support management in forecasting, planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Ensure reports are standardized and presented in a clear, easy-to-understand
