- कार्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:Senior Chef के साथ मिलकर रोज़ाना की kitchen operations संभालना
- सब्ज़ी, gravy, masala और अन्य ingredients की preparation करना
- North Indian / Indian dishes की cooking में Senior Chef की सहायता करना
- Restaurant के standard recipe और taste के अनुसार खाना तैयार करना
- Food preparation, portioning और presentation का ध्यान रखना
- Kitchen में cleanliness और hygiene standards बनाए रखना
- Peak hours में तेज़ी और efficiently काम करना
- Kitchen stock और ingredients की सही तरीके से handling करना
- Senior Chef की अनुपस्थिति में basic cooking responsibilities संभालने में सक्षम होना
- नए dishes और cooking techniques सीखने के लिए तैयार रहना
- योग्यता:होटल / रेस्टोरेंट / cloud kitchen में 1–2 वर्ष का अनुभव बेहतर
- Indian / North Indian cooking का basic knowledge
- मेहनती, जिम्मेदार और सीखने की इच्छा रखने वाला व्यक्ति
- टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने की क्षमता
- साफ-सफाई और food hygiene का ध्यान रखने वाला
- लंबे समय तक kitchen environment में काम करने में सक्षम
