  • Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare coffee, shakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per recipes.
  • Maintain good taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Take customer orders and assist with menu suggestions.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines and beverage equipment.
  • Keep the beverage area clean and hygienic.
  • Check and manage beverage ingredients and stock.
  • Support counter and outlet operations when required.
  • Follow company SOPs and food safety standards.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
