Barista

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to manage the coffee and beverage counter at our office. The role involves preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and creating a welcoming experience for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee area at all times.
• Manage daily stock of coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Coordinate with admin/facilities team for replenishment of inventory.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide polite and professional service to employees and guests.
• Assist in setting up beverage service for meetings and office events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a barista, café staff, or beverage service role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and machines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Neat, hygienic, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to stand for long hours and handle multiple orders.

Education & Experience

• Minimum: 10th/12th pass preferred.
• 0–3 years experience in café, restaurant, or beverage service.
• Training in barista skills is a plus but not mandatory.
