Job Description

The ideal candidate should have experience in café-style food, breakfast, snacks, sandwiches, burgers, fries and beverages, with a strong focus on taste, consistency, hygiene and presentation.

The chef will be responsible for daily food preparation, maintaining recipes and portion standards, managing kitchen operations, minimising wastage, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring every dish is served consistently.
