Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager (Real Estate) to lead our sales team, drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve monthly & annual targets for plotting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the real estate sales team
  2. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  3. Handle site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
  4. Generate revenue through direct sales, channel partners & referrals
  5. Monitor daily sales activities, calls, and follow-ups
  6. Build strong relationships with clients and investors
  7. Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
  8. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
  9. Ensure proper documentation and compliance
  10. Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
