Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
Machines:
- Wood Router CNC Machines
- Stone Router CNC Machines
- Laser Cutting Machines
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites.
- Machine servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and software-related issues.
- Provide machine demonstrations and basic operator training to customers.
- Attend customer complaints and service calls.
- Ensure proper machine performance and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain service reports and records.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
