Job Description – Solar Sales ExecutivePosition: Solar Sales Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers for solar energy solutions.
• Handle sales enquiries and explain solar products, systems, pricing, and benefits.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand requirements.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on solar industry trends, products, and market developments.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Solar Sales / Renewable Energy Sales.
• Good knowledge of solar products and basic understanding of solar systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Good knowledge of the local Alwar market will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
