QwikEat is a growing nutrition brand focused on convenient nutritional support through meal replacement and protein-based products.

We are expanding our presence through the doctor and medical channel and are looking for an experienced Medical Representative who can help us rapidly build prescription-driven demand.

Job Role

We are specifically looking for a candidate who:

* Has strong existing relationships with doctors in Kolkata.

* Has a proven ability to generate doctor recommendations/prescriptions.

* Has previously worked with Protein, Sports Nutrition, Nutraceutical, Clinical Nutrition, Supplement or Healthcare products.

* Can quickly identify high-potential doctors and convert them into regular prescribers/recommenders.

* Understands which doctors and patient segments are relevant for nutrition products.

* Has an established network that can help generate business quickly.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit and develop relationships with doctors, nutritionists and dietitians.

* Generate recommendations/prescriptions for QwikEat.

* Activate high-potential doctors and build regular product movement.

* Develop medical stores around key doctor and hospital clusters.

* Identify high-potential territories and customer segments.

* Drive prescription-to-sales conversion and repeat sales.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors and retailers.

* Track competitor products, pricing and market activity.

* Achieve monthly prescription and sales-out targets.

* Pharma / Healthcare

Required Skills

✔️ 3–5 years of relevant field experience

✔️ Strong doctor network in Kolkata

✔️ Proven prescription / recommendation generation

✔️ Experience in Protein / Sports Nutrition / Nutraceutical / Clinical Nutrition / Supplements / Healthcare

✔️ Existing relationships with GPs, Physicians, Nutritionists, Dietitians or relevant specialists

✔️ Ability to generate business quickly

✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔️ Own two-wheeler / bike with a valid driving licence – Mandatory

✔️ Willingness to undertake extensive daily field visits

*Candidates with a strong existing doctor network, proven prescription-generation track record and their own two-wheeler will be given preference.*

Compensation

*₹20,000–₹30,000/month + performance incentives*

High-performing candidates can earn significantly more through the incentive structure.

Important: We are looking for a sales professional who can generate genuine market movement and repeat sales, not merely stock placement.
