Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, retailers, distributors, and other potential customers.
  • Generate new leads and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Explain agricultural products, features, benefits, pricing, offers, and usage to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Follow up regularly with leads, existing customers, and pending orders.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Take orders and coordinate with the operations/dispatch team for timely fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, orders, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.
  • Track customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with field sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Maintain high call quality, productivity, and conversion rates.
