Job Description
- Coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
- Coordinate with team members and follow up on pending tasks.
- Maintain process records, reports, and documentation.
- Track order/process status and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding requirements, updates, and issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and share updates with management.
- Identify process delays or gaps and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Follow up with Production, Purchase, Sales, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely data updating.
- Support management in planning, execution, and monitoring of processes.
