Marketing Executive

Experience Required

• 5+ years (preferably in real estate / construction / local marketing)
• Candidates with strong digital + on-ground marketing experience preferred

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications
• MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and content creation

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused marketing professional to drive end-to-end marketing activities for our real estate ventures. The role involves digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, on-ground promotions, event management, and strategic inputs for new projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to generate leads, build brand presence, and support sales conversions through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create engaging content including:
• Reels, videos, banners, and posts
• Project walkthroughs and testimonials
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp)
• Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with business goals
• Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly

2. Project Marketing (Existing Ventures)

• Promote ongoing projects by highlighting
• Create site-based content including videos and location highlights
• Align marketing communication with sales team requirements

3. Branding & Marketing Collateral

• Design and manage:
• Brochures, pamphlets, flyers
• Hoardings, signboards, banners
• Ensure consistent branding across all materials
• Coordinate with designers and vendors for production

4. Online & Offline Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Manage offline marketing including:
• Hoardings
• Local promotions
• Site branding
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize regularly

5. Innovation & Marketing Initiatives

• Implement new marketing ideas such as:
• Geo-tagging of project locations
• QR code-based promotions
• Virtual tours and digital walkthroughs
• Continuously explore new channels and creative strategies

• Organize and manage:
• Project launch events
• Site visits and promotional events
• Coordinate logistics, branding, and communication
• Ensure smooth execution and follow-ups9. Training & Communication

• Research and suggest improvements in:
• Layout design
• Entrance design
• Amenities (clubhouse, swimming pool, landscaping, etc.)
• Study market trends in real estate development and buyer preferences9. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with:
• Sales team (for lead conversion and feedback)
• Management (for strategy and decision-making)
• Vendors/agencies (for execution)

10. Brand Building & Positioning

• Build and maintain a strong brand presence
• Ensure consistency across all marketing channels
• Position the company as a trusted and premium real estate developer

Key Skills Required
