Job Title: Marketing Manager – Outdoor Hoarding Advertising | Static Hoarding

Experience: 10 years in OOH / outdoor media sales (mandatory)

About the opportunity
SANTI ARTS owns a large static hoarding inventory of 400+ hoardings installed at HPCL fuel stations across Andhra Pradesh — high-visibility, high-footfall outdoor advertising sites ideal for brands, retailers, and local businesses. We are expanding our client base across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Chennai and are looking for an experienced outdoor sales professional to lead this growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for static hoarding advertising space across our 400+ HPCL fuel station sites in Andhra Pradesh
• Track hoarding occupancy and availability; coordinate with operations for site allocation
• Represent the company client meetings compulsory
• Report sales pipeline, targets achieved, and market intelligence to management
• Should Market from Ichapuram, Vizag, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, East – Godavari, West – Godavari, Kurnool, Krishna till Ananthapuram.
• Report Daily to Managing Director.
• Monthly target of Rs.25 Lakhs to be achieved.
Requirements
• 10 years of experience in outdoor advertising sales (mandatory — same-industry experience only)
• Existing, active client database/network within Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and/or Chennai
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in media/advertising sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-relationship management skills
• Should travel across the four regions
• Own vehicle
• Good working knowledge of regional HOARDINGS market pricing and inventory benchmarks
• Should be properly located in GUNTUR.
Salary: ₹50,000/month fixed salary + incentives.
