Job Title: Field Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and channel partners to create impactful marketing programs tailored to local markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage events, trade shows, webinars, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Build relationships with channel partners and key customers to enhance market presence.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as lead generation, ROI, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral for regional campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports and present marketing insights to senior management.
