Billing Specialist

We are looking for a Billing & Data Entry Executive to handle day-to-day billing and data entry work at our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create invoices/bills as customers arrive.

- Enter customer, product, quantity and payment details accurately.

- Work on our customised/personalised billing software developed specifically for our business.

- Verify invoice details before finalising the bill.

- Maintain accurate daily billing and transaction records.

- Update and manage data in the software as required.

- Handle basic computer-related office work.

- Coordinate with the counter/team during customer billing.

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.

- Comfortable working with billing/data-entry software.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic understanding of calculations and billing.

- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn our customised software.

Experience in billing or data entry is preferred, but candidates who are comfortable using computers and can learn quickly may also apply.
