Job Description

  1. Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
  2. Follow up with prospective and existing students.
  3. Maintain student records, attendance and basic documentation.
  4. Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination work.
  5. Schedule counselling, meetings and student follow-ups.
  6. Coordinate with trainers and other team members.
  7. Maintain Excel sheets and basic reports.
