## Job Overview

Usha Garments Mfg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Accounts Executive with 5–10 years of experience, ideally in the garment or textile manufacturing sector. You will take independent charge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances while providing critical financial insights to management.

## Key Responsibilities## 1. Core Accounting & Plant Operations

* Manage end-to-end accounting processes in ERP/Tally.

* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.

* Supervise inventory accounting, factory expenses, and costing.

* Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

## 2. Taxation & GST Compliance

* Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).

* Reconcile purchase registers with GSTR-2B daily/weekly.

* Handle TDS/TCS computations, payments, and returns.

* Manage tax filings related to manufacturing operations.

## 3. ROC & Statutory Compliance

* Prepare schedules for annual ROC/MCA filings.

* Maintain statutory registers per Companies Act guidelines.

* Lead internal, statutory, and tax audit preparations.

* Oversee payroll compliances including PF, ESIC, and PT.

## 4. MIS Preparation & Reporting

* Generate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.

* Analyse production costs and budget variances.

* Monitor cash flow and working capital cycles.

## Candidate Profile## Required Background

* 5 to 10 years of core accounting experience.

* Mandatory: Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, and ROC.

* Preferred: Prior experience in garment/apparel manufacturing.

* Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

## Qualifications

* M.Com / B.Com / Inter-CA / MBA Finance.
