💰 Salary: Up to ₹65,000/month + Uncapped Performance Incentives

⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 days/week, 1 rotational weekly off

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Understand customer requirements and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell advanced programs, bundles and learning products.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups and deal stages.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain daily call activity and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal support teams whenever required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales, Telesales or Customer Success.
• EdTech or digital product sales experience will be preferred.
• Fluent English and Hindi communication skills.
• Strong convincing and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM and spreadsheets.
• Target-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week.

Key Performance Expectations:

• 80–100 connected calls per day.
• Lead conversion and monthly revenue targets.
• 100% CRM updates and timely follow-ups.
• Upselling and cross-selling contribution.
