Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to create documentation for implementing new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Develop innovative business process models. - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. - Conduct process audits to ensure compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Google Cloud Data Services, Real Time Character Modeling. - Strong understanding of process optimization techniques. - Experience in business process reengineering. - Knowledge of process mapping and modeling tools. - Ability to conduct business process analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
