Python Fullstack with Capital Market

Our FSRM team is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. It offers variety, challenge, responsibility and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential.

Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.

Required Skills:

• Develop, design, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.
• Build backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Go-based microservices).
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Develop and support applications within Capital Markets and Trade Surveillance domains.
• Integrate applications with trading platforms, market data feeds, and surveillance systems.
• Use modern development practices to ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Document application design, development processes, assumptions, limitations, and risks.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
• Strong programming expertise in Python with experience in FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets domain and trade lifecycle.
• Experience in Trade Surveillance, Market Surveillance, Market Abuse Monitoring, or Regulatory Compliance platforms.
• Knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, or related Capital Markets products is preferred.
• Experience working with SQL/Relational databases and large-volume data processing.
• Proactive, takes ownership, and able to work with minimum guidance.
• Ability to identify and analyze information quickly and efficiently; leverage innovative and creative solutions to solve complex business and technical problems.
• Good written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
