Job Description
Hum apni growing company Ar Innovation ke liye ek energetic aur organized HR Executive ki talash kar rahe hain. Aapka mukhya kaam company ke liye achhe talent ko hire karna, employees ke recruitment process ko handle karna, aur office ke daily HR/admin activities ko manage karna hoga.
- Key Responsibilities (Aapka Kaam Kya Hoga):Recruitment & Hiring: Job portals, social media, aur reference ke zariye candidate profiles find karna, interview schedule karna, aur right candidates ko hire karna.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Naye employees ki joining documentation, orientation, aur exit process ko handle karna.
- Employee Engagement: Team ko motivate rakhne ke liye activities, celebrations, aur positive workplace environment maintain karna.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Daily attendance, leaves, aur payroll management me support karna.
- Coordination: Team members aur management ke beech smooth communication banaaye rakhna.
